Join Elopak’s innovation journey! We are looking for a Packaging & Procurement Pilot Plant Engineer to play a key role in our development projects and ensure optimal operation of our pilot plant -- the heart of innovation at Elopak. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a Digital Printer, Schober Converter, High-Speed Hot Air Side Sealer, as well as an Assembling Hall, Workshop, and Lab.

Your responsibilities
• Operate and optimize production equipment and ensure smooth processes.
• Place orders for raw materials and manage inventory.
• Lead production planning meetings and secure product quality.
• Support other departments and plants with quality tests and evaluations.
• Drive R&D testing, improvement projects, and reporting.
• Develop new procedures and workflows for development initiatives.
• Assist in solving operational, technical, and quality challenges.

What we are looking for
• Education: Vocational certificate as a mechanic.
• Experience:
• Hands-on experience with production equipment and process optimization.
• Practical experience as a service technician (ideally 5--10 years).
• Strong technical and practical background -- you enjoy working with mechanics.
• Nice to have: Experience with packaging or carton production.
• Language: Fluent English (Scandinavian language is an advantage).
