Our department at Ågotneswas established in 1994.We participate in subsea projects from start to finish. Our foremost product is a self-developed and self-produced "Christmas tree" used in subsea projects worldwide. A "Christmas tree" is a collection of valves that have full control over what is extracted from the well, e.g., oil/gas, but also the injection of carbon into the seabed.

We are now looking for Team Leaders for our offshore projects.
What will you be doing?
• Act as the person responsible for OneSubsea operations and deck personnel, including offshore subcontractors.
• Ensure, whenever possible, that the necessary equipment and personnel are in place well in advance of the start of operations.
• Make sure that all crew members are familiar with and follow QHSE procedures, regulations, and any additional site-specific safety requirements.
• Be responsible for ensuring that all Subsea-related operational activities onboard the rig/vessel are carried out safely and professionally.
• Be responsible for administrative tasks as required.

We think you should have:
• A trade certificate as an Industrial Mechanic, Subsea Installer, or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years of offshore experience within subsea completions/re-completions, Workover systems, LRP systems, and BOP.
• Initiative, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills.
• An HSSE and quality mindset.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP).
• Good command of both English and Norwegian.
