Arbeidsoppgaver
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, with a focus on Tandoori and traditional Indian flavors.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet the restaurant's high standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and improve the menu.
• Oversee the kitchen operations during service and ensure smooth workflow.
Vi tilbyr
• Completed education or degree from a recognized university or college, such as a 3-year Hotel Management degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional education and/or work experience in Indian cuisine, particularly in Tandoori cooking and related culinary techniques.
• Experience in preparing North Indian, South Indian, and Awadhi cuisine.
• At least half of your practical experience must have been gained working in a restaurant or hotel of a high standard.
• knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices, especially in Tandoori cooking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
