We are looking for:
• Precise and thorough: Takes pride in doing a good job with attention to detail
• Reliable and responsible: Shows up on time and completes tasks
• Independent: Can work autonomously without constant supervision
• Experience (desirable but not required): Background in cleaning, preferably in restaurant or hotel
• Hygiene-conscious: Understands the importance of cleanliness in a food service environment
• Flexible: Availability to work after service hours (evenings/weekends)
• Long-term: Wants a stable, long-term working relationship
• Loyal: Dedicated to the business and the team
• Language: English for communication
• Work permit: Must have permission to work in Norway
Arbeidsoppgaver
The tasks include:
• Cleaning the kitchen after service (work surfaces, equipment, ovens, refrigerators)
• Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors)
• Cleaning the restaurant (floors, tables, chairs, windows)
• Deep cleaning of premises (walls, baseboards, corners, hard-to-reach areas)
• Emptying trash and handling waste
• Refilling soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Maintaining high hygiene standards in accordance with food safety
• Following cleaning routines and checklists
• Reporting maintenance needs or damages
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• sometimes take care of dishwasher area
