• Ensure efficient operations and common standards across the countries
• Contribute to reporting and analysis of payroll data, KPIs, and benchmarking
• Participate in adhoc projects such as mergers, acquisitions, or harmonization, ensuring the payroll function is correctly implemented in each jurisdiction
Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll work - preferably with responsibility for multiple countries/regions
• Strong knowledge of payroll and HR systems; experience with system implementation is an advantage
• Solid understanding of payroll and tax regulations, holiday pay, and compensation in Norway, and preferably also knowledge of Sweden and/or Denmark
• Good IT understanding and experience with automation/digitalization of payroll processes
• Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish/Danish and English
• Structured and self-driven, with the ability to set standards and drive process improvements
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead or coordinate cross-functional work
We Offer
As well as a competitive salary, you will receive:
• A key role in a rapidly growing company: You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the payroll area from the ground up, while gaining professional development and responsibility in a multinational environment.
• Time Off That Matters: Enjoy a solid 25 days of vacation per year to recharge and regroup.
• Financial and Health Security: Benefit from a comprehensive pension and insurance package, plus private healthcare.
