Location: Asker
Are you ready to take the lead in regulatory compliance for a major project? We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Regulatory Compliance Coordinatorwho can ensure every detail meets local and international standards.
Your Responsibilities
• Coordinate all regulatory compliance activities within the project scope
• Develop and implement the overall compliance strategy
• Create template compliance matrices for all disciplines
• Verify documentation against regulatory requirements
• Maintain process flows, method documents, work instructions, and guidelines
• Build and lead a compliance team across multiple disciplines
• Organize meetings to ensure full control of regulatory aspects
• Keep laws and regulations updated and properly followed
• Provide compliance training within the project
• Report deviations and coordinate corrective actions
• Support client permits and licenses
• Identify and assess compliance risks
• Escalate non-conformities and assist in preventive measures
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in engineering or environmental science
• Experience: 10+ years in compliance or regulatory affairs
• Deep knowledge of Canadian, national, and international regulations
• Familiarity with directives such as PED, ATEX, Machine, EMC, RED, Low Voltage, RoHS, REACH
• Strong understanding of standards: ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, EN, ISO, NORSOK, DNV
• Experience leading compliance programs and managing audits

• Proactive and adaptable
• Results-oriented with strategic thinking
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and develop effective teams
• Demonstrates responsibility and reliability
